What cookies do

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let us remember you between page loads — for example, that you are signed in, that you have chosen a particular currency, or that the interface is set to a certain language. We use them sparingly and never for cross-site advertising.

What we use

Strictly necessary cookies keep your authentication session active, store your currency preference (THB or USD), and remember your locale (English or Thai). Without them you would be signed out on every page change. We also collect anonymous aggregate analytics — page-view counts, referrer paths, and broad device categories — via a privacy-respecting analytics layer that does not set cross-site tracking identifiers and does not build behavioural profiles.

Third-party cookies

When you make a purchase, our payment processors (Stripe and Omise) set cookies in their own checkout flows for fraud prevention and session continuity. These cookies are scoped to the checkout process and governed by the respective processor’s privacy policies, which are linked from the checkout interface. Insight does not embed advertising or social-network trackers anywhere on the site.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies via your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from staying signed in or completing a purchase, but disabling analytics will not affect any feature of the product. Most browsers also offer a per-site control panel for managing site data; we honour that signal.

Changes

If we change which cookies we set, or add new third-party processors that set cookies, we will note the material changes on this page and update the “last updated” date above. For questions email hello@ordolabs.co.
