Acceptance
By accessing or using Insight (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Insight is operated by Ordo Labs Co., Ltd., a Thailand-registered company. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We may revise these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Account & access
Accounts are personal and intended for individual users. You may not share login credentials, and you are responsible for activity occurring under your account. Reports unlocked through purchases or credits are tied to the unlocking account’s library and remain accessible there. Team and enterprise seats are available separately.
Permitted use
You may use Insight content for internal research and decision-making, and you may quote short passages externally with clear attribution and a link back to the source report. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or systematically scrape the Service. Use of Insight content to train machine-learning models is prohibited without a written licensing agreement.
Refunds
Single-report purchases and credit packs are non-refundable except where required by Thai consumer-protection law. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle; we do not pro-rate unused time. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us within 30 days at hello@ordolabs.co.
Intellectual property
Insight retains all rights, title, and interest in the report content, structure, analysis, and software. Underlying source data referenced in reports remains the property of the original publishers (Bank of Thailand, SET, government agencies, listed-company filings, trade bodies, etc.) and is attributed accordingly.
Limitation of liability
Insight content is research and is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. It is not investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordo Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bangkok.
