What we collect
Insight collects only the data needed to deliver the Service: an email address (for account creation and newsletter subscriptions), purchase and unlock history, and anonymous usage analytics such as page views and referrer paths. We use cookies for session, currency, and locale preferences — see our Cookie policy for the full inventory.
How we use it
We use your data to deliver purchased reports, send transactional emails (receipts, unlock confirmations, account notices), occasionally send newsletter updates if you have opted in, improve the product through aggregated analytics, and meet our obligations under Thai law including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and tax record-keeping requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with infrastructure providers strictly required to operate the Service: payment processors (Stripe and Omise) for purchase processing, and email infrastructure providers for transactional and newsletter delivery. We may disclose data if required by a valid legal process from a competent Thai authority.
PDPA compliance
Insight complies with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. As a data subject you have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent for non-essential processing, and request portability of your data in a structured format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ordolabs.co. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for one year after closure to allow reactivation. Financial records (invoices, receipts, payment metadata) are retained for at least five years to comply with Thai accounting and tax law. Anonymous analytics aggregates may be retained indefinitely.
International transfers
Application infrastructure is hosted across Singapore and the United States via our cloud providers. Cross-border transfers rely on contractual safeguards equivalent to Standard Contractual Clauses, ensuring your data receives consistent protection regardless of region.
