Source data attribution
Every Insight report cites primary sources — Bank of Thailand releases, SET filings, Office of Industrial Economics datasets, Thai Customs trade statistics, ministry announcements, and trade-body publications — and counts these against our 50% primary-source minimum. Source attribution travels with the data into reports, Market profiles, and individual statistics. See our methodology for the full pipeline.
Permitted reuse of Insight content
You may quote up to 100 words from any Insight report in a derivative work (article, presentation, internal memo) provided you credit Insight by name and link back to the source report. Bulk reuse, republication of full sections, embedding in syndicated research, or use in machine-learning training corpora requires written permission.
Permitted reuse of source data
Insight does not relicense underlying source data. Where a report cites a primary source, downstream users wishing to reuse that source must reference the original publisher (Bank of Thailand, SET, OIC, Thai Customs, etc.) under that publisher’s terms. Insight’s analysis and synthesis sit on top of those sources but do not grant you license to the upstream data itself.
Commercial reuse
Commercial licenses are available for asset managers, banks, consultancies, and media organisations that need broader rights — internal redistribution across larger teams, embedding in client deliverables, or republication with attribution. For pricing and scope, email hello@ordolabs.co.
AI & scraping
Insight content is not licensed for use in training generative AI models, building retrieval-augmented systems, or feeding into derivative datasets without an explicit written agreement. Automated crawling outside of our public sitemap and robots.txt is prohibited. Licensed access for RAG and AI workloads is available via our data licensing programme — contact us for details.
