Thailand's combined security guarding and integrated facility management (IFM) services market reached an estimated THB 140-150 billion in 2024 per Department of Business Development (DBD) registered-entity filings, NESDC service-sector tracking, and the Association of Security Industry of Thailand (ASIT). The 2020 COVID trough at roughly THB 118 billion reflected office-vacancy and mall-closure pressure on FM contracts.
