Thailand's combined security guarding and integrated facility management (IFM) services market reached an estimated THB 140-150 billion in 2024 per Department of Business Development (DBD) registered-entity filings, NESDC service-sector tracking, and the Association of Security Industry of Thailand (ASIT). Guarding accounts for approximately 55-58% of the pool, soft FM (cleaning, pest, landscaping) 22-25%, hard FM (HVAC, MEP, BMS, lift maintenance) 18-20%.
