Thailand specialty chemicals end-use is led by speciality polymer compounds (engineering plastics, masterbatches, packaging films) at roughly 38% of demand, paints and coatings at 24%, lubricant and fuel additives at 14%, adhesives and sealants at 11%, and the balance covering electronics chemicals, agrochemical intermediates, and pharmaceutical fine chemicals. Automotive, packaging, electronics, and construction are the principal downstream demand pools. EEC industrial expansion and the relocation of Chinese OEM platforms into Rayong and Chachoengsao are gradually lifting the share of electronics and EV-related speciality grades.
