Thailand Board of Investment Section 8 of the A4 targeted-industries schedule grants up to a 10-year corporate income tax holiday on qualifying heritage furniture restoration and antique IP export revenue plus a 50% local-content procurement bonus when reclaimed Thai teak, rosewood and rattan share exceeds 50% of cost of goods sold. Heritage craft schools (Bangkok Royal Restoration School, Mae Fah Luang Highland Restoration) qualify under the schedule. Thai Customs duty rebate framework (HS 9706 antiques over 100 years, HS 9403 other furniture) provides 4-8% structural cost-of-export reduction for compliant operators with Bangkok Royal Restoration School or Office of Traditional Arts certificate of authenticity. Tipa Antiques, Riverside Antiques, Niran Antiques, Bo Bae Heritage and Charoen Krung Antique Mall have secured or are in pipeline for Section 8 certificates between 2024 and 2027.
