The NHSO Notification on Universal Coverage Benefit Schedule Inclusion of CGM for Type-1 Diabetes and Gestational Diabetes, published August 2026 with effect Q3 2026, reimburses CGM sensors for the roughly 62,000 Thai Type-1 diabetics and roughly 78,000 annual gestational diabetes pregnancies. Bottom-up estimate at full rollout: 80,000 to 130,000 reimbursed sensor units per year. NHSO bulk-procurement ASP runs THB 1,650 to 2,100 per 14-day Libre 3 sensor (roughly 60 to 65 percent of US public-payer benchmark), contributing roughly THB 230 to 350 million annual NHSO revenue to Abbott Diabetes Care Thailand.
