International tourism receipts reached approximately THB 1.67 trillion in 2024 per the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, recovering to about 87% of the 2019 record of THB 1.91 trillion despite arrivals lagging at 89% β€” a function of shorter trips and lower per-head spend by recovering Chinese mass-market segments.
