Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) serves 74 of Thailand's 77 provinces (all except Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan, which fall under MWA) through more than 230 branch offices, per PWA operational statistics. PWA's customer base exceeds 4 million accounts.
