The National Science and Technology Development Agency Genomics Thailand Initiative reached approximately 50,000 enrolled whole-genome records by end-2025, with a stretch target of 100,000 by end-2027. The cohort underpins Thai-population-specific pharmacogenomic reports that Bumrungrad VitalLife, Samitivej Longevity and BNH integrate into their longevity packages, replacing the prior reliance on US or European reference cohorts. The Thai genomic substrate is a defensible local edge: Singapore PRECISE and Hong Kong Genomic Medicine programmes serve their domestic populations but do not extend to Thai patients. The 2027 angle is whether clinics begin charging differentiated price tiers for Thai-specific versus generic pharmacogenomic reports.
