The Tourism Authority of Thailand catalogues more than 110 documented hot-spring sites distributed across the northern volcanic belt (Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai), the Andaman volcanic belt (Ranong), and intracontinental outliers in Kanchanaburi (Hin Dat) and Krabi (Pong Nam Daeng). The Department of Mineral Resources Geothermal Resources of Thailand mapping identifies approximately 30 high-temperature sites suitable for commercial wellness development. Anchor cluster sites: Mae Kachan and Doi Pha Hom Pok (Chiang Mai), Pong Dued (Mae Hong Son), Hin Dat (Kanchanaburi), Ranong Raksawarin (Andaman), Pong Nam Daeng (Krabi), Wang Tan (Chiang Rai). The resource base is the structural floor underpinning a USD 0.6-1.1B 2027 credentialed-segment thesis.
