Thailand's leading SET-listed Tier-1 automotive and industrial component manufacturers in 2024 are led by Aapico Hitech (AH) at approximately THB 22 billion in revenue, anchored by stamped body parts, chassis frames, and dies supplied to Toyota, Honda, Ford, and Isuzu. Sammitr Motors (SMIT) ranks roughly THB 9 billion, focused on truck bodies, tank trailers, and specialty fabricated components. Somboon Advance Technology (SAT) follows at roughly THB 8.5 billion in axle, propeller shaft, and forged components. These three plus AAPICO-CTV joint ventures form the indigenous Thai Tier-1 base; the rest of the Tier-1 layer is dominated by Japanese-affiliates including Denso Thailand, Aisin Thailand, and Toyota Boshoku.
