GPSC G-Cell battery production capacity
~30 MWh phase-1 (Rayong)
Global Power Synergy (SET:GPSC), PTT Group's power flagship, operates the G-Cell semi-solid-state lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility in Rayong with a phase-1 capacity of approximately 30 MWh per year. The technology is licensed from 24M Technologies (US) and uses a SemiSolid electrode-manufacturing process. GPSC has committed THB 3-5 billion to battery technology across its 2022-2026 strategic cycle, including a VISTEC solid-state research stake and a Nidec BMS joint venture. GPSC positions G-Cell as the PTT Group's anchor cell-technology asset, with longer-horizon expansion contingent on demand pull from EV and BESS contracts.
