The Eastern Economic Corridor Office of Thailand's 2025-2030 Workforce Strategy commits an estimated USD 1.4 to 2.6 billion of state co-investment into adult reskill targeting the 10 S-Curve and New S-Curve industries (next-generation automotive, smart electronics, affluent and medical tourism, agriculture and biotechnology, food, robotics, aviation and logistics, digital, medical hub, defence, and education). The envelope flows through DSD, OVEC, BOI Section 8 reskill credit and TPQI-credentialed pathways. The 2027 anchor year captures full strategy ramp coinciding with TPQI 2026 framework expansion and Revenue Department 250 percent deduction multiplier.
