AWS Thailand Skills Academy, Grow with Google Thailand Career Certificates and Microsoft Thailand AI Skills Pact collectively target 180,000 to 320,000 co-funded AI and cloud certifications by 2027. AWS Thailand commits to 80,000 cloud certifications via DSD, OVEC and employer-academy partnership; Google Thailand targets 65,000 certifications across data analytics, UX, IT support, project management and AI tooling; Microsoft Thailand's AI Skills Pact targets 100,000 AI-skill certifications including Azure and Copilot. TPQI cross-recognition of the top 4 to 12 hyperscaler certifications is the 2027 to 2028 policy variable; it unlocks the Revenue Department's 250 percent deduction multiplier for the employer-paid cohort routing through hyperscaler curricula.
