Six Thai listed-company employer academies (KASIKORN, SCB Future, PTT Group, CP All Skills, AIS, True) commit USD 280 to 460 million aggregate employee-development budget through 2027 per their sustainability reports and Form 56-1 disclosures. KBank alone commits THB 1.2 billion (about USD 35 million) for KASIKORN Academy and KBTG; SCB Future Academy targets 38,000 completions; CP All Skills targets 92,000; AIS Academy and JUMP Thailand targets 24,000 to 32,000; True Digital Academy carries the content-creator and SME ecosystem cohort. Programmes aligned to TPQI standards capture the Revenue Department's 250 percent deduction multiplier; programmes routed through BOI-promoted entities also capture the Section 8 reskill 3-year tax credit.
